Here’s the 2020 Concert Series Line-up!
This year, with all the confusion and self-isolation going on, we’ve decided to move our first concert of the year until June. In order to do this, we moved our May concert to September. Hopefully the change in schedule doesn’t interfere with your musical fun! To purchase tickets for any or all of our 2020 Concert Series Artists, please click PURCHASE HERE. Tickets are $20 each for all concerts. The Center for the Arts cancelled our June concert. Matt Grey has already agreed to visit us in 2021! We’ve got a bit more information on Matt HERE. OUR JULY CONCERT WITH ROB HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE EXECUTIVE ORDER FROM THE GOVERNOR — July brings us Rob Wright, singer and multi-instrumentalist, who has been performing throughout North America for over 40 years. He has toured all 50 states in the United Sates, as well as Canada and Mexico. Rob is known for his humor and uplifting musical style. He plays with symphonies, the ballet, the Wildcat Jazz Band, Standards and Poor, and has recorded more than a dozen albums, available on iTunes, Spotify, and all the usual electronic music sites. Rob is a former member of The New Christy Minstrels. Rob has performed for us several times and is a treat to the ears every time. Please join us on July 16th at 6pm. OUR AUGUST CONCERT WITH DOUG HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO COVID RELATED RESTRICTIONS — On August 20th at 6pm, we will have Western musician Doug Figgs performing for us. Doug has performed his music all over the West and continues to turn out his own variety of Western music – from hard driving songs with a tinge of Southern rock, to beautiful ballads and everything in between. Rounding out the 2020 Concert Series, we’ll have P. D. Ronstadt and The Company on September 17th at 6pm. Peter Dalton Ronstadt, a fifth generation Ronstadt in Tucson, son of late Michael J Ronstadt, nephew of Linda, and great grandson of Federico Jose Maria Ronstadt, aims to explore the musical heritage of his family while presenting new and original material. Along with his band of Tucsonans, ‘The Company’, Peter paints a musical picture of the American Southwest by presenting music from the region, music from Mexico, collected favorites, songs of his father, and new songs that draw inspiration from all the elements of his upbringing. P.D. Ronstadt & The Company will take you on a musical journey with a lush tapestry of instruments and unique arrangements, lifting spirits and stirring memories.
